How to bake delicious Eggless vanilla cake using condensed milk
This cake is soft, moist and has a distinct taste of milkmaid. A very simple recipe of eggless cake with few ingredients.

Eggless Red velvet cake using condensed milk
Ingredients:
- Refined flour/Maida – 140 gm
- Milkmaid – 200 gm
- Powdered Sugar – 4 tbsp
- White/unsalted Butter – 60 gm
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Baking soda – ½ tsp
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp

Method:
- Pre- heat oven at 200° C for 10 mins.
- In a bowl soften the butter. Add powdered sugar and beat it till fluffy and light.
- Add condensed milk and vanilla essence. Mix properly.
- In another bowl take mix refined flour/maida, baking powder and baking soda.
- Add spoon by spoon the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix with spatula.
- Pour the batter in a pre- greased cake tin.
- Bake at 180° C for 30 to 35 mins.
