Easy recipe for Best cinnamon cupcake with cinnamon flavoured white chocolate ganache.
Eggless Cinnamon Cupcake are super flavoured, moist & delicious. To give an extra punch of flavour, the cupcakes are glazed with cinnamon flavoured white chocolate ganache. And also I made these Eggless Cupcake using oil instead of butter and believe me it came out so delicious.

Moreover they are very convenient to eat & serve for any party. We can manage the taste by making different flavours of cupcake in small quantity.

You all must have came across the most popular dish called cinnamon rolls where cinnamon is the main flavouring agent. It has strong flavour and aroma because of which it can make any dish delicious.
Ingredients:
For making the cupcake
- Maida/ Refined flour – 1 cup
- Powdered sugar – 1/2 cup
- Oil – 1/4 cup
- Cinnamon powdered – 1 tsp
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Baking soda – 1 pinch
- Milk – 1/2 cup
For making Cinnamon Flavoured white chocolate Ganache
- White chocolate – 50 gm
- Whipped cream – 1/4 cup
- Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp

Eggless Red velvet cake using condensed milk
Method:
- Preheat oven at 200° C for 10 minutes.
- Take maida/refined flour, powdered sugar, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. Mix all.
- Sift the mixed dry ingredients in another bowl.
- Add cinnamon powder.
- Add oil & milk to the dry ingredients.
- Mix all the ingredients properly and gently to make a batter.
- Add the batter to cupcake tin lined with paper cups.
- Bake the cupcakes at 180° C for 15 to 20 minutes or till the toothpick comes out clean.
- Take out the cupcakes from the tin and let it cool down to room temperature.
- In the mean time we will prepare the ganache.
- Now prepare a double boiler, add white chocolate in the bowl.
- Stir continuously until the chocolate is almost melted.
- Then remove the bowl from the double boiler.
- Add whipped cream to the melted chocolate and mix.
- Add cinnamon powder and mix.
- Let the ganache cool down to room temperature.
- Now its time to garnish the cupcakes.
- Simply dip the cupcake in the ganache.
- Sprinkle some cinnamon powder over the ganache.
