How to make yummy Eggless Banana Cupcakes
These Banana cupcakes are super moist, fluffy and delicious. Banana not only adds flavor to the cupcake but also is a substitute for egg because of which these cupcakes are moist.

Eggless Red velvet cake using condensed milk
Ingredients:
- Refined flour – 1 cup
- Milk powder – ½ cup
- Powdered sugar – ½ cup
- Ripe banana – 2 small
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- White/unsalted butter – 50 gm
- Vanilla essence – ½ tsp

Method:
- Pre- heat oven at 250° C for 10 mins.
- In a bowl soften the butter. Add powdered sugar and beat till white, glossy and soft.
- In another bowl mix all the dry ingredients and mix properly.
- Add the flour mixture spoon by spoon to the butter mixture. Mix properly.
- The batter will be somewhat thick after all the flour is added.
- Now in a bowl smash the bananas. Add this to the batter and mix. Bananas will give the required consistency to the batter. If still thick add little milk and mix.
- Line the cupcake tray with paper cups.
- Pour the batter into the paper cups to ¾ level, leaving space for the cupcake to rise.
- Bake at 180° C for 20 to 25 mins.
